When you start a studio with a few models, you will want to make sure that both you and the models get paid a fair amount.

You can do this by setting the Payout Ratio from your Studio Dashboard.

First click to open the Dashboard and then click on the MODELS tab.

This will bring to you the models' list page

At the bottom of that section is the Payout Ratio which can be set from 5% to 100% but is defaulted to 50%.

In agreement with your models, you can set this to any amount agreed.

You can also set different rates, should a model be doing well for you and you want to reward them with a higher payout ratio.

First of all, to change the ratio of a particular model, click the small icon to the right of the model and click on View Profile.

This next page will show and you'll see the Payout Ratio section to the bottom left.

Click the drop-down menu to change the Payout Ratio, as seen below.

Once you change this ratio, as seen above, click on Save Changes and this individual model's Payout Ratio will be updated to the amount you've set.
