To enjoy free live chat, you need to create a free account on Cherry.tv. Guests (unregistered users) can browse rooms, but can't chat with the models or other users. Logged in users can use the chat tools.

If you're a logged in user and still can't chat, try these fixes.

Make sure the chat window is open. Click the arrow in the top right corner of the page to expand the chat window.

The chat window shows two tabs at the top of the page.

To start chatting, click the Chat tab. Scroll to the bottom of the window and enter a message. All viewers in the room can see these messages.

The Private channel is a special space that lets Club Cherry subscribers chat directly with the model. Non-VIP users can often pay a model in tokens to use this function. When this tab is selected, you can't see messages sent by other viewers. If you want this tool, click the Private tab.

It's possible to change the appearance of the chat room on your screen. Click the three-dot icon to open the settings panel.

Use these settings to change the display of the chat window.
