The chat service used by all registered viewers of any model's broadcast is great for general use and all chats are seen by every viewer to their page.

However, there is the option to use the private chat service, where you can send a direct message to a model.

On a laptop or PC, you can see where to click below, right next to the chat option:

On a smartphone or mobile, this shows as an envelope icon, as seen here:

Models can send a private message to any viewer on their broadcast page, but only VIP members can reply to them.

When they send you a message, you'll see a notification on the Private tab with a number in a circle. If you're watching from a smartphone, a coloured circle will appear on the envelope icon.

The first message will usually be a set response, but sometimes can be a more personal one. If there is none, you may initiate the private chat yourself.

Only VIP members of Club Cherry can respond to the messages and continue a chat in private. When a non-VIP tries to reply to the model in private chat, they will be redirected to a page showing the benefits of joining Club Cherry.
