Every user account has an email address. You needed an email when you first created your Cherry.tv account. Users can change the email address connected to a registered account. Changing the email takes a few steps, but the flow is easy to follow.
Updating an email address
Log in to your Cherry.tv account.
Click the account icon and then click View Account Settings.
On the next page:
Click the EMAIL & SECURITY tab.
Click the Change Email button.
Enter your new email address into the field and then click Save.
Confirming the change
Cherry.tv sends a confirmation email to your OLD email address. Open the message and click the link.
Important! Before you click the link in your email, log out of your Cherry.tv account and close the browser tab. If you don't log out, Cherry.tv generates a validation error. In this case, your old email address is still connected your Cherry.tv account.
After you click the link, a new browser tab opens. Log in to your account with the new email address and old password.
