How do I register as a studio with Cherry.tv?

You cannot immediately register as a Studio. When you first enter the site, you must register as a user. From that account, you can then register as a Studio.

How do I add models to my Studio?

Once your studio is verified, you can add models from within your own account. If you have new models, this is very simple to do and they all need to be verified by us.

Should you have already chosen models to be with you who are already registered with Cherry.tv as an individual, you will need to contact customer support as that model will be blocked at first, so their registration can be verified.

How do I remove models from my Studio?

Where you've got the list of your models, you can pick the small icon to the right end of their details, click on that and pick Deactivate Model. This will remove them from your studio.

Can I work alone or with other people?

You can work the studio alone, but if the number of models grows, you may want other people to help. They can be Administrator, Finance, Engineer, Team Leader or Model Manager. Any other role can also be added. You can add them to your studio team.

How do I earn from Cherry.tv?

You will work out a reasonable share of the income which your models bring in. Usually this begins at 50% but most studios have a sliding scale for their models with the bigger earners taking a higher percentage share.

How can I increase my viewer traffic?

We have many article on our FAQs to help with that, but the basics are setting good prices for your actions and shows, making your shows watchable, keeping chats going with users and following their requests, if correct. You can also use your own social media to advertise when you are going to broadcast and also send a link to invite your followers.

The more followers you encourage to watch you on Cherry.tv, the more revenue you will get.

What happens if I forget any of my login details?

If it's just forgetting your password, you can solve this by using the "forgot password" link. If there's any other issue with logging in, contact Customer Support through the chat screen. They will help quickly.

Can I change my username?

No. The username is something that must remain the same to allow us to help with your accounts and keeps your account secure.

What can I do if I have an issue with the broadcasts or if the models have any other issue?

If there are any issues with your model broadcasts, firs of all check all your equipment and the settings. They may need correcting. If not anything there, contact customer support.

You can ask your model to block any user they want or silence them for a few hours, if you feel they are harassing your models. Please contact customer support with the details too as they can deal with such issues.

If you are see anything you think is wrong in the chat messages, or find your models are asked to do something illegal, always report it.

Which withdrawal methods are available to studios?

You can use Paxum, PayPal, Paysafe, GiroPay, Sofort or Crypto, depending on which is available to you in your country.

Money earned is available to withdraw after 7 days have passed since they were earned. The minimum to withdraw must be $100.

What happens if there is any issue with payments?
