When you request a withdrawal is made from your account, make certain all the details for the transfer are correct.
If this isn't done correctly and you haven't received your payment, you may have to wait at least 2 days before we can send it again. More on weekends and national holidays.
We need to wait for the payment to be reversed back in our own account before we can try it again for you.
In advance of this, we can check your details are correct and if needed, change them for you for the withdrawal. We will notify you when you can make the withdrawal request again.
Contact your payment provider to let them know of what's happened, as this may move things along quicker.
