Profile, offline and marketing images that you upload must meet our technical requirements. This means they must be of a certain format, size and resolution. They must also follow our image guidelines.

Make sure all your photos are in landscape format as we may have to edit them. Any portrait images may be edited to landscape but would miss out much of your image.

Profile photo requirements

Your profile photo represents you as a model on Cherry.tv. It's a round picture that you and other users can see on your profile page, in chat and in the middle of your offline picture when you've finished your show for the day.

The format, size and resolution requirements are as follows:

  • JPG or PNG formats

  • <10 MB in size

  • 200 x 200 min resolution

  • 800 x 800 max resolution

Note that your profile image must meet our content rules. They must not show nipples or genitalia and represent you in a professional way.

Offline image requirements

An offline image is displayed on your broadcasting screen while you’re offline. This means offline as your show has ended. Make these interesting so that users will wait for you to go online.

If you are only away for a short time, such images can show you, or just a plain message saying "Be Right Back". The more interesting they are, the better.

Format, size, and resolution requirements for an offline or away image are as follows:

  • JPG or PNG formats

  • <10 MB in size

  • 400 x 400 min resolution

  • 2000 x 2000 max resolution

Again, these images must meet our content guidelines, so neither nipples nor genitalia should show, to keep them professional.

Marketing Image Requirements

For marketing, make sure you upload the best quality images you have. They must be of the highest resolution and professional looking, preferably taken by a professional photographer.

Only these images can show partial or full nudity, but they must be tasteful and professional.
