As a model, there are many ways in which your own mental wellbeing can be affected. This can be the work itself, where you might try to chase more revenue by broadcasting longer than you normally would. This would lead to sleep deprivation, changes in eating habits and general and mental exhaustion.

Sometimes abuse in the chats may become overwhelming as may the many requests for actions. It may be ok for most of the time but there could be that one day that affects everything badly.

You may oversleep, have negative thoughts, distance yourself from friends and family, have changes in your appetite, and take too many stimulants such as coffee, alcohol or drugs.
