Each logged in viewer, for any reason, can hide another user's messages in a chat window. This feature, which is not available to guests, is called Ignore.
To ignore a user in a chat room:
Click the user's name in the public chat. A popup window displays.
Click Ignore.
Click Ignore again in the confirmation popup window. Cherry.tv hides all messages from this user in this chat window.
Viewers cannot silence or ban another user. Only performers and moderators have that ability.
