You can easily ignore, silence, or ban any viewer. Click their profile name and select one of the moderation options.
Ignore - Cherry.tv hides the viewer's messages.
Silence - Viewers can not send messages for six hours.
Ban - Stop a viewer from watching your shows permanently. This is irreversible
Remember, it's your room, so you make the rules!
If you see spam or inappropriate messages by users, you can of course ban them outright, but please also contact Cherry.tv's support team to check the user and their messages and maybe also ban them fully from the site.
