Mobile Stream - Lovense Troubleshooting and User Guide
Remember: to maintain your toy’s connection, you need to keep the Lovense Connect App running continually in the background while streaming.
Whenever you log out of Cherry.tv or re-configure your Lovense toys on Cherry.tv, you need to fully disconnect and exit the Lovense Connect App and THEN reopen Lovense Connect App for your new configurations to take effect.
Instructions for Use:
Make sure the mobile bluetooth app is on.
Download Lovense Connect App.
Open the Lovense Toy menu.
Open Lovense Connect App and select ‘add a Lovense toy’
Again, make sure the lovense app is always running.
Go to the mobile broadcast page on Cherry.tv, and click the button on the top right to open the settings sidebar.
Click Lovense
Click ‘configure Lovense’
Set your preferred tip number and vibration levels. Note: the default settings should be ok for most models, but you can fully customize your experience to your personal preferences.
Go back to the Lovense settings page to check the status of your connection.
If the status is still disconnected, then you need to shut-down the Lovense Connect App and start over as described above.
Once the status says ‘connected’ you are good to go!
