1) First, make sure that you are logged into your Cherry.tv model account on your mobile device.

2) Next, click the menu on the upper left side of the screen. You should see a drop-down list of options, and you want to click Broadcast.

3) Once the mobile broadcast window opens, make sure your microphone and camera are both on. (N.B. if you are on an iPhone and having issues, see below).

4) The Mobile Streaming Terms of Service will pop up automatically. Read and then click 'I Agree' at the bottom. Once you do this, you can begin your broadcast.

Note for iPhone Users:

If you are trying to do mobile broadcast from an iPhone, then you might need to manually enable the camera and microphone permissions in Safari or Chrome.

For Safari

Go to your iPhone settings --> select Safari. From there, you’ll see the Camera and Microphone listed on the app permissions menu.

You will want select ‘allow’ or ‘only allow when using the app’ for both the Microphone and the Camera.

For Chrome

Go to your iPhone settings --> select Chrome. From there, you’ll see the Camera and Microphone listed on the app permissions menu. You will want select ‘allow’ or ‘only allow when using the app’ for both the Microphone and the Camera.
