The Cherry.tv platform often makes a sound when a viewer interacts with your streaming service. That sound tells you a special event has happened. Maybe a viewer sent you an action gift or a message. Depending on viewer traffic, your streaming room could get a little noisy. You can control the volume of those sounds. This article shows you how.
Opening the panel
Log in to your Cherry.tv account.
Click the Broadcast link in the top left corner.
Scroll down the side panel and go to the BROADCAST SETTINGS heading. Click the Audio link.
Updating audio settings
The side panel has four sliding controls. Drag the slides to make the sound louder or quieter.
Basic Gift Volume - Controls the sound when you receive a gift, like a Golden Cherry.
Action Gift Volume - Controls the sound when you receive an action gift, like 25 tokens to say I love you.
Viewer Join Chat Volume - Controls the sound when a new viewer joins the chat.
Receive Message Volume - Controls the sound when a viewer sends you a message.
That's all.
Now, you know how to control the sound level of four platform actions.
