Cherry.tv is monitored all day, every day and our staff find and deal with violations of our terms of service.

There may be some we miss, so we would appreciate you giving us what you see while viewing models.

First of all, you may see something the model does, says or types that may go against our terms. You can immediately report this from the chat window.

At the top of the chat window, you'll see three dots to the right. Click on that and you'll get a drop-down menu:

Now click on Report Stream. You'll be presented with this pop-up:

This will give you a number of options to choose but if it's not there, you can click Other and add your own report.

You then click on Report (at the bottom) and this will be sent directly to the customer support team to deal with.

You may also use the Other section to report a user and their comment.

If you don't use this, you can of course contact customer support directly by chat or email support@cherry.tv

Please be correct and clear with your reports or complaints, so they can be dealt with correctly and quickly.

All reports and complaints are taken seriously and will be escalated if Customer Support thinks it needs to be escalated. Most of these are dealt with quickly, but they can take up to 72 hours to be answered, especially if it's a complex issue or there's holidays or weekends to pass.
