Our rules are in place to protect the rights and welfare of models and to comply with legal requirements and industry standards. Studios must familiarize themselves with all of our terms and conditions and follow the rules in our Frequently Asked Questions in order to remain a valid, legal and professional operation.
Age Verification
Studio staff and models must all be verified to be at least 18 years of age. Studios must conduct their own age verification checks before accepting any staff or models into their studio.
Coercion and Abuse
Models must be working for your studio of their own free will.
Studios must maintain a safe, respectful and professional working environment, without harassment, discrimination or abusive behavior.
Any evidence of coercion or abuse will be dealt with by Cherry.tv and may result in the studio being banned from our platform.
Any issues of people trafficking will also result in a ban and would also involve the police.
Models are free to report any of this to Cherry.tv and we will always do our best and if necessary, remove the model from the studio without notice.
Image Control and Consent
Models have the right to control their own content and decide how it can be used by your studio or by Cherry.tv. We will only use their images or videos for marketing purposes with the consent of the model.
We reserve the right to remove any image or stop any broadcast if requested by a model as non-consensual.
If you are aware of broadcasts being shown on sites that you or your models are unaware of during multi-broadcasting, please contact customer support as they can assist in removing such broadcasts.
Legal Compliance
Studios must comply with the legal frameworks of the jurisdictions in which they operate, as well as those of our headquarters, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
Studios must provide Cherry.tv with valid know-your-customer information.
Engaging in any illegal activity online or offline in relation to your studio is strictly prohibited.
Studios must comply with all rules and regulations applicable to the adult industry.
Studios should pay the correct, agreed-upon commission owed to each model.
Studios should communicate clearly and transparently with their models regarding expectations, compensation and any potential risks. Cherry.tv's own terms of service may be involved in this.
Detailed contracts should be drawn up that outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties within the terms of service.
Studios must provide evidence of contractual relationships with models on request for legal purposes.
Complaint Reporting and Action Plan
Studios should have their own complaint reporting system for models to report any abuse, harassment or misconduct. Notifying Cherry.tv will also involve our own reporting system.
Prompt and appropriate action must be taken to address any reported issues, including investigating the allegations and taking any necessary disciplinary action.
Studios should immediately inform Cherry.tv of the existence of any complaint, even if it is not made directly to us by the model.
Content Restrictions
Studios must make themselves aware of broadcast content restrictions and make their models aware of the same:
Discussion of, involvement in, or depiction of illegal topics such as minors under the age of 18, incest, bestiality, or actual depictions of violence, or any unsafe and extreme activities involving, among other things, blood, torture, severe pain, or suffocation is strictly prohibited.
Discussion or display of bodily fluids (urine, blood, menstrual blood, vomit, faeces), exploitation, illegal drugs, sharing of personal information, fraud, harassment are not allowed.
Models are only allowed to broadcast live, while the broadcasting of video recordings, blank black screens and static photos as live content is prohibited.
Streaming any kind of private show to other cam sites is not allowed.
Accepting and/or soliciting money off-site by any method is strictly prohibited.
Asking users to follow you to other sites or social media for a private show or call is strictly prohibited.
Involvement of unverified individuals in any broadcast on the site is strictly prohibited.
The inclusion of any type of animal or pet in the broadcast, even for a short period of time, is prohibited.
Meeting, Solicitation and Prostitution
Studios are prohibited from promoting or facilitating prostitution, solicitation, human trafficking or sex trafficking in any way.
In addition, studios must ensure that models are not arranging illegal face-to-face meetings involving sexual activity for hire. This includes requesting contact through private/personal social media and communication service accounts.
It's of the utmost importance that studios comply with our Terms of Service and Adult Industry Regulations in order to maintain a safe, professional and ethical working environment for the models they employ. Failure to do so may result in sanctions or outright suspension of the studio's account.
Studios must keep up-to-date with any new guidelines or conditions for Cherry.tv and their own local legislation, as these are subject to change.
