If your studio has been blocked, for any reason, no model under that studio will be able to broadcast.

In this instance, any model can detach from that studio and either work with another studio, or as an individual model.

First of all, contact your studio admins to release you from that studio. They should still be able to do that for you.

If this isn't working, or you've been advised to do so, contact customer support in the live chat or by email, support@cherry.tv and they will help you.

This will be escalated and all models from one studio that's blocked may be dealt with together but we will still treat any model individually if they contact us.
