Should there be any issue with an action not being performed, or a technical fault with anything, for example, a private show or Lovense connection, then a refund of tokens can be made.

If support is contacted about any issue that may require a refund of any tokens, usually by a viewer, we will contact you about this.

With your help, we will investigate what went wrong and if there's been an issue you can confirm, then we will have the paid tokens refunded from you to the viewer. We do aim to be fair in this and we will investigate this fully and resolve this with all parties in agreement.
