If you violate any of the site rules or our Terms of Service, your account will be temporarily or permanently suspended. It depends on the seriousness of the violation.

Often, the reason for suspension of your account will be given at the time, primarily by the Customer Support team. You can ask them for clarification.

Since every case is unique, you can also email models@cherry.tv and ask us to look into the ban. Be sure to provide us with your username and the email address registered on Cherry.tv.
