We value the integrity and safety of our models and have therefore implemented a comprehensive set of rules to govern behavior on our platform.
It is important for you to understand that our enforcement actions, including penalties for violations, are structured to reflect the seriousness and severity of each violation. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to impose different levels of penalties depending on the nature of the violation.
These rules apply equally to all types of content shared on our website, including, but not limited to, live broadcasts, chats and communications with support. By using our site, you agree to abide by our Terms of Use and rules found in our FAQs. Failure to comply with these terms will result in penalties.
At Cherry.tv, we have 3 levels of penalties for models and below them are some of the violations.
1 - Warning
This is simply to advise users to follow the terms they have signed up to when registering. Most of these will require only a message but some could have broadcasts set as away, or cut, but not blocked.
Continuation of some of these could result in moving to the next level of penalties.
Lagging
Buffering
Away from camera
Black screen shows
OBS or other camera system logo shows - not shut down broadcast in full
Male model in couple left alone to broadcast
Profile picture inaccurate or inappropriate
2 - Temporary Suspension
This can be a suspension of your access to broadcast from 1 day up to 3 months. This could be for a number of reasons found in our FAQs or Terms of Service.
Lagging issues not fixed
Requesting physical meeting with user
Racism/sexism/homophobia
Animals (pets) on-screen
General bad behavior in chats or messages to customer support
Broadcasting whilst on her period and showing blood
Use of monster-size dildo
Depicting or using alcohol or drugs and associated paraphernalia
Model is drunk or high
Giving out or requesting personal details
Mask covers face or face is off-screen and model won't show face to verify
3 - Permanent Ban
This is only for the most severe violations of our platform and although permanent, some could be removed under mitigating circumstances, or policy changes.
Bodily fluids not allowed (blood, urine, faeces)
Children under 18 years old show on screen
Individual male registers as model
Trans model not transgender
Model is under 18
Using recordings
Bestiality
Self harm/snuff
The severity of some penalties can be changed at any time.
