At Cherry.tv, we have 3 levels of penalties for users and below them are some of the violations.
1 - Warning
This is simply to advise users to follow the terms they have signed up to when registering. Continuation of this could result in moving to the next level of penalties.

Swearing at customer support
Inappropriate requests asked of support
2 - Temporary Suspension
This can be a suspension of your access to our site from 1 day up to 3 months.
This could be for a number of reasons found in our FAQs or Terms of Service.
Requesting physical meeting with model
Racism/sexism/homophobia
General bad behavior in chats or messages to customer support
Making an improper request of a model
Inappropriate model or support chat
Giving out or requesting personal details
3 - Permanent Ban
This is only for the most severe violations of our platform and although permanent, they can be removed under mitigating circumstances, or policy changes.
Requesting models urinate or defecate on-screen
User is or claims to be under 18
Spams many models
User with fake email address
Using fake tokens
The severity of some penalties can be changed at any time.
