If you have a question about a transaction, you can check the email regarding the transaction and contact the payment company first.

All their details will be on the email and maybe there will be a live chat with their own customer service available.

If there is no resolution, by all means contact our Cherry.tv support team and they will try to help directly. If this needs more work, they will escalate this and that can take up to 72 hours to resolve. We do try to be as quick as possible, so it may not take all that time.
