If you find there are problems with sound, first of all, check on another model's broadcast. If this is ok, contact the model you were first watching to tell her there's an issue. She will then try to fix this.
If there's no difference with any model, check that your own equipment's sound is working well on another site, such as YouTube.

Such an issue may be a quick fix but could take up to 72 hours if there's a bigger issue.
