If you have a problem with poor connections, slow streaming, logging in or anything else that is preventing you from enjoying Cherry.tv, you may first be asked to clear your device's cache and cookies.
This will often solve the problem immediately, as will switching your device off and on again for simple problems. This is a bit more thorough.
Before you start, make sure you know all your passwords for the sites you visit, and that you have completed any other tasks you may have started, including documents, games, and purchases from shopping sites. Clearing your cache and cookies could delete them all.
