If you have found issues with your Lovense connection, first of all, check everything has been installed correctly and that the software is up to date.
This should be checked on both the computer you're using, so Chrome, IOS, the Lovense Browser and the Lovense Extension, and also your smartphone, if used, must be all up to date.
Common Issues
Connection between Lovense and computer keeps disconnecting.
This can be due to their being a VPN on your computer, so turn that off. VPNs turn off and on the Internet regularly to change IP address, so this can affect things.
It could be the Lovense app is using a different internet connection to the computer from which you are broadcasting. Make sure they are on the same connection.
QR code has expired
You will know this if the Lovense menu has disappeared, or doesn't show when streaming on a smartphone, or you can't see the Lovense icon, then try these ideas:
Re-scan the QR code
Close all your sessions on your desktop or smartphone and log out.
Clear cache and cookies
Reinstall the Lovense app and re-scan the QR code.
Essentially, the first thing to do is log out of everything, clear cache and cookies on your devices and then try again.
