There are several issues you may find whilst broadcasting that can be easily fixed.

The best way would be to contact our Support team, who can give you ideas on what to do to fix these issues.

1 Lagging - You should find that making sure all your settings for OBS are correct and that you are using a cable between your computer and camera (if it's not an inbuilt camera), instead of a wifi connection, which often doesn't have enough stability for constant streaming.

2 Buffering - Often, this is simply a case of a poor internet connection. Do a speed test and see if you are getting the right amount of bandwidth you need. You could even simply restart your internet connection. There could also be other software working in the background slowing your computer down. You can stop these whilst broadcasting and that can help.

3 Black screen - Sometimes there is no picture, just a dark blank screen. There could be sound or not on this. Just refresh your camera and the broadcast system and it should work again.

4 Out of Focus - Check the focus is working and so it will cover you correctly within your broadcast.
