What do I do if my transaction has been declined or blocked?

Card transactions can be declined for a number of reasons.

Firstly, make sure that all the card details you have entered are correct and that there are sufficient funds in your bank account.

Some issuing banks may block online transactions from sites like ours or from gambling sites, so please check it with your card issuer and have this removed.

They may also block unusually frequent transactions or block international transactions for security reasons. Please contact your bank or card provider for clarification.

If the problem persists, we suggest that you either use a different card or one of our alternative payment methods.

If all is well, please contact customer support as if you're a recent customer it may be that the payment verification process hasn't been completed and we've blocked you. Customer Support will provide you with a link to complete this and soon after, the block will be removed.

There is also a maximum limit on the number of times a user can purchase tokens from us per day. That may have caused the decline. This can be increased. Check the article from this link: How to increase my spending limit
