Sometimes, you see something in the public chat that you think shouldn't be there, or have typed something that is against the terms of service of Cherry.tv and so shouldn't be there.

We don't yet have the option for you to delete any chats.

If you see something a user has said there which is inappropriate, contact customer support or report the comment and it may be we can block the user. This will then remove their messages.

If it's not such as message, you may try to fill up the chat yourself. The chat will only show a restricted number of messages, so once that is full, the oldest chat disappears.

Some models will put dots in each chat line, over and over again to fill up the chat. It may be ok to do that, but better still would be to fill it with your actions, or a list of your lovense actions and costs. Sometimes it would be good too, to encourage your users with notices of the current season, or event. You could even point them to your social media links which you may have already set in your biography.

Whatever way you do this, it's the only way to clear the chats.
