Consent & Verification:
We do not allow models to broadcast with unverified models. Any additional models on any broadcast with a verified model, must contact Cherry.tv customer support with the name of that model in advance, so that they too can be verified.
If on registration and document verification, we find there are fraudulent or tampered with documents, the account will be rejected and the user or model will be marked by the verification service as fraudulent.
We will terminate any person or studio’s account and submit a report to the relevant authorities if we have sufficient reason to believe they’re participating in any way in human trafficking.
Minor Safety: Any form of discussion in chat or vocally, imagery or presentation of minors under 18 years of age during a broadcast is strictly prohibited and would result in a ban.
Self-Harm: We do not allow any content that promotes self-harm. There is a level of BDSM allowed but models must know how far they can go with this before it descends into self-harm.
Dangerous & Regulated Goods:
We prohibit any unsafe activities, including the use of dangerous tools, such as overly-large dildos or vibrators. Using other items as dildos such as glass bottles is strictly prohibited..
The showing or discussion of prohibited substances is not allowed. This includes drugs and drug paraphernalia, using or acting as though using alcohol, any needles injecting something and so on, will ban the model or user.
Violent & Graphic Content:
We prohibit showing certain bodily fluids as they’re deemed disturbing for most of our users, this includes urine, vomit, blood and human excrement.
We also do not allow the depiction of violence of any type on our website.
Harassment and Hate Speech:
We prohibit the propagation of hateful, hurtful or inflammatory language. This includes racism, sexism, homophobia, mysogyny, or any other remarks deemed hurtful aimed at models or other users.
We also do not allow any type of harassment against our users or models, including the use of threats, blackmail, or coercion.
Animal Welfare:
We do not allow depicting bestiality (Sexual activity with an animal) on our site.
We also do not allow any animals to show on-screen while a model is broadcasting.
Protection of Privacy:
Please respect the privacy of others. We do not allow the unwanted disclosure of other people's private personal information. This includes, but is not limited to, their full name, address, contact information or any other information sufficient to identify them.
Arranging to meet in-person or on another site is not allowed.
Spam & Unwanted Advertisement: We check the site 24/7 to ensure that it is free of spam and that it is not used as a gateway to drive users away from the site, including advertising goods or services on other websites.
Scams & Fraud: We do not allow any disingenuous behavior on our website, this includes but is not limited to the below:
Fake tipping;
Syndicate tipping, a group of users tipping one model to raise their profile or win competitions;
Using pre-recorded content on broadcasts;
Using Fake toys;
Pretending to be part of our staff.
Performance Quality & User satisfaction: We work alongside our models to ensure that all performances are highly satisfying to our users, we do not allow:
Depiction of unconscious persons or broadcasting while sleeping;
Empty streams;
Begging for tips to cover personal expenses;
Broadcasting from two accounts or more at the same time;
Use of wrong tags, or streaming in the wrong category;
Depiction of alcohol or drug use or having such paraphernalia on-screen;
Poor quality broadcasting, including lagging or buffering.
Account Access and Security
Any registered user or model on our site is entitled to access only their own account using the login details provided at the time of registration. Under no circumstances should they let anyone attempt to access, use or interfere with their account.
Prohibition of Content Use
Users are expressly prohibited from copying, replicating, distributing, publishing, or engaging in any form of unauthorized use or exploitation of any content from our Website on any third-party websites.
Violation of our policies or terms of service may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of account access. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our Community Guidelines.
