If you see a black screen showing when you start to broadcast, or the error Camera Access Denied shows and can't broadcast, please follow the steps below:
Make sure your Browser is updated to the latest version
Clear the Cache and Cookies of your browser
Disconnect your camera from your computer
Close any applications that may be using your camera like Skype, OBS or any other services
Restart your browser and your device
Make sure that the permissions on your browser allow your camera and microphone to be used by Cherry.tv - Go to your browser settings --> content settings --> camera (do the same for microphone)
Check your broadcast image
